Job Overview
The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals for the position of Community Mobilizer at BPS-09 grade. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and young professionals to contribute to Pakistan’s largest social safety net program while developing their career in community development and public service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door surveys and data collection in assigned areas
- Identify eligible beneficiaries for various BISP programs and schemes
- Organize and facilitate community awareness sessions about BISP initiatives
- Assist in the registration process of new beneficiaries
- Maintain accurate records of community interactions and beneficiary information
- Coordinate with local administration and community leaders
- Facilitate communication between beneficiaries and BISP offices
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Assist in organizing special events and awareness campaigns
- Provide feedback to management on field challenges and community needs
Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: Pakistani nationals only
- Gender: Male/Female (Equal opportunity employer)
- Age Limit: 18-30 years (Relaxation as per government rules)
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university
- Experience: Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year of relevant experience
- Domicile: Open for all Pakistani nationals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in any discipline
- Minimum 2nd Division or CGPA 2.5/4.0
- Computer literacy (MS Office, internet browsing)
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu and local languages
- Basic understanding of social development issues

Work Environment
