Job Description
The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is seeking dedicated and experienced Field Coordinators for BPS-14 positions to join our team in Islamabad. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with field experience to contribute to Pakistan’s largest social safety net program.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate field operations and activities across assigned districts
- Supervise and manage field staff including District Coordinators and field teams
- Ensure timely implementation of program activities and initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate field operations to ensure compliance with BISP policies
- Prepare regular reports on field activities and submit to headquarters
- Coordinate with district administration and other stakeholders
- Conduct field visits to monitor program implementation
- Identify and resolve operational challenges in field offices
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of field activities
- Facilitate communication between field offices and headquarters
- Provide technical guidance and support to field teams
- Ensure adherence to BISP’s code of conduct and operational guidelines
- Manage budget allocation for field operations
- Coordinate with IT department for data collection and management
- Organize training sessions for field staff as required
Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: Pakistani
- Age Limit: 25-35 years (relaxation as per government rules)
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant field experience
- Gender: Male/Female (both eligible)
- Quota: As per government rules (Disabled persons, Minorities, Women)
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) from HEC recognized university
- Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant field
- Professional certifications in project management or related fields will be advantageous
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of data management systems
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Strong report writing skills
- Familiarity with government procedures and protocols
