Job Overview
The Nadara organization is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fill 15 vacancies for Junior Clerk positions at BPS-11 grade. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and individuals with minimal experience to start their career in government administration. The successful candidates will be responsible for various clerical and administrative tasks that support the efficient functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and organizing official files, records, and documents systematically
- Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed
- Preparing, typing, and processing official correspondence, memos, and reports
- Receiving and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries
- Managing appointments and scheduling meetings for senior staff
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and official documents
- Performing basic accounting tasks such as maintaining ledgers and processing invoices
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Performing other clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the Junior Clerk position:
- Minimum educational qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Age should be between 18 to 25 years (relaxable for government employees and candidates from remote areas)
- Must be a citizen of Pakistan
- Good physical and mental health
- Must have good moral character and no criminal record
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent qualification
- Diploma in Office Management or Computer Applications will be preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English
